I learned maths from Priya’s tuition during GCSE’s, and it was the best experience. She knows the syllabus inside out, so the lessons were always well-structured and the concepts explained through a variety of methods instead of just reading from a textbook. All the topics were gone through systematically to cover all of the content, which helped me gain confidence and gain a deeper understanding of the material. In addition, she went through past papers with the class which was extremely useful for me in improving exam technique, especially as most mark schemes only give you the answer instead of the method and understanding behind the question. As a student, I was pushed to try challenging questions, helping me become a more advanced student and achieving a 9 in my final exam. Priya was always very encouraging and patient with everyone in class; I have always felt comfortable going to her with any queries. She is one of the best teachers I have had and would recommend her very highly.

I found Priya's tuition very helpful in boosting my grades at school, as we covered most of the topics faster and more efficiently than we would have done in school. Her way of explaining things made it much easier for me to understand harder concepts, during the 11+, she would give us a range of tips and tricks on ways to remember different things which I found to be extremely useful. If you didn't understand a certain aspect of a topic she would always go through it again until you finally understood and what I find most helpful currently ( gcses) is that she goes through and makes us practice exam style questions especially really challenging ones, and this helps me feel more prepared and confident when doing assessments in school.

Priya’s teaching methods were simple and effective in helping me with GCSE mathematics.
